Quite often, quite honestly i’ve wanted to Hide away and be invisible as i’ve been reconbobbulating… but I came out of my hermit crab shell to have the most wonderful and healing conversation with Nat (aka Natalie Jones)
not only is she the catalyst and founder of several incredible creative projects (including the Bruton based LIFETYLE BRAND Caro and new colour consultancy ette) she is also my landlady, the owner of the spirals space AND one of my dearest friends.. someone I feel like I have spiralled many past lives together.
Sat at her kitchen table we talked about creative transitions and rebirth, the power of taking time to re-combobbulate after burnout, MY OUTDOOR BATH and community based projects as well as how AND WHY spirals has come about and where things are SLOWLY leading next…
