A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY OWN JOURNEY TO FLOW COACHING
LIke many creatives I spent MANY years after leaving art-school working in the creative industry in roles, ON BRIEFS AND IN WAYS that over time just didn’t feel authentic (OR HEALTHY) to me…
IT WAS VERY FANCY BUT I was Also FRAZZLED AND I DIDN’T FEEL I WAS MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER place… (WHAT I BELIEVE CREATIVITY IS ALL ABOUT…)
This lead me to set up my own award-winning company PATTERNITY which was a beautiful, collaborative and creativE SOUL defining journey working with some of the worlds biggest brands WHIZZING ALL AROUND THE GLOBE… as well as leading me to A second MEGA burn out ABOUT 10 years later…!
SINCE THEN I HAVE INTENTIONALLY WORKED SMALLER…BUT dEEPER…
I’ve launchED several self initiated projects INCLUDING SPIRALS and I’ve DEVELOPED MY own art practice and community projects. I’ve also found ONE OF MY GREATEST LOVES; coaching CONSCIOUS creatives to CONNECT TO THEIR PURPOSE AND find freedom OF EXPRESSION.
ThIS NEW WAY OF CREATING haS enabled me to SLOW DOWN AND DIVER DEEPER INTO why I am here AS A CREATIVE today; how I want to express myself, NURTURE community and give back TO THE WORLD AT THIS CRITICAL TIME.
AND ALSO NOT JUST WHAT I CREATE BUT ALSO HOW I CREATE - LISTENING MORE TO MY BODY AND MY OWN UNIQUE RHYTHMS, patterns and SENSITIVITIES (SOMETHING I WAS OVERRIDDING PREVIOUSLY)
