Connect with the soothing simplicity of nature and take some time to reflect away from the demands of daily life - supported by the gentle ebb and flow of the river. We’ll be inviting the wisdom of the river to guide us as we make space to listen to our intuition, tapping into our innate creative power.
Time with the river will be followed by some simple self reflective coaching exercises and grounding meditative practices back at SPIRALS to work through creative blocks and make practical manageable steps forward.
